Using Wilton's 3 teir party stand, I constructed a 3 teir cake (separated) of the LA Superdome, a swamp, and things NOLA is know for, Mardi Gras, Jazz and the Magnolia flower. The cakes were butter pound and covered in fondant and butter cream. Most of the toppings, cypress trees, gator, crawfish, magnolia, etc. were made from fondant.
