This was for a wedding cake that was over the labor day weekend. The tier's are 12", 10" and 8", with 9" hearts around the bottom. All the flowers are made with royal icing. The colors were purple and silver, so I did white roses, lavender roses and small dark violet roses. Then I did appleblossoms in a gray color and painted them with silver luster dust to get the right color. All the roses are dusted with dry luster dust so they sparkle.
