My fourth carved apple cake. Hopefully you can see improvement when comparing this one to my first. Pound cake w/chocolate chips inside. 2 six inch layers w/top layer from a 6 inch bowl. Buttercream under MMF, handpainted. Stem and leaf are 50/50 gumpaste and MMF.
