buttercream - I used the foam roller technique to smooth it, gumpaste sandal straps and fondant dots. Flower is fake (duh!) thanks for looking! Oh, and I got the idea from a great looking cake I saw on here - I cant find it again, but whomever you are, it looked fantastic!
