This cake was done for my friend's husband's birthday. They were doing a luau theme and she felt that a "roasted pig" would complete the illusion of a luau perfectly. :) the pig itself was molded out of RKT. and flowers, pineapples and cherries were made out of a 50/50 mix of fondant and gum paste. the cake was half chocolate with rasberry filling and half french vanilla with lemon filling frosted with a chocolate frosting.
