this was a 6" yellow cake with raspberry filling covered in a semisweet chocolate ganahce. i'm kind of obsessed with this combo right now :D all piping was also done in ganache. STILL working on smoothing... but on the bright side: my wax paper came out from underneath very easily this time around. progress!
