This was my daughter's cake for her 5th b-day. She really LOVES horses and ponies, if ya' couldn't tell. Cakes were buttery yellow, covered with vanilla butter creme. Large horse was Rice Crispy Treats, covered with fondant, flavored vanilla. All other decorations were done in fondant. Thin craft wire held butterflies.
