Golf Cake

Cakes frosted with American buttercream, 18th hole was created using angel food cake, the waterfall was created using the ends of the angel food cake and stacked on top of each other, poured ganache over them individually and let harden in the freezer. Then used blue piping gel for the water, clear glittered pipping gel for the "foamy" parts of the water. The rocks were rock candies. The sand trap was brown sugar. The golfers, palm trees and golf ball and carts were all plastic. Clients wanted happy birthday in Spanish.
