This was a cake made for a couple where the groom has proposed by hiding the ring in a donut box. The customer did not want to use real donuts, so we cut these out of cake that had been torted and filled, and then wrapped each one in white chocolate fondant, airbrushed and then applied colored white chocoalte fondant. The glossy look is from piping gel. We used real jimmies. The cups are also cake, wrapped in 50/50 gum paste fondant. We had a good time with this cake!
