Gambling Cake
This is a cake I made for my Uncle and Aunt who love to gamble. For presentation I stacked the fondant poker chips. Bottom tier is WASC cake with cream cheese filling, top tier is dense chocolate cake with SMBC filling iced in ganache and covered with fondant. The dice are RKT covered with fondant.
