This was my wedding cake I made January 09, after taking my first Wilton course. I started with Wilton courses in November 08, just to learn to make roses for my wedding cake. The cake is all bc icing including roses. This cake turned out ok, but orginally it was suppose to have scroll work on the sides, but went with cornelli lace on top because I ran out of time to have it done before my wedding reception.
