This cake was a true test. We had some difficulties with this cake. When I got to the venue to finish up the decorations they had the air off because the unit made to much noise for the outside wedding so the cake started to sweat. It was one of our signature flavor cakes. 2 tires Grand Marnier cake with orange chocolate buttercream filling and 2 tiers almond cake with amaretto buttercream filling. With burgundy fondant ribbon, burgundy buttercream dots and handmade gumpaste. Still a very delicious cake
