I made this cake for my BFFs graduation. The cake is iced with buttercream. Bottom tier is Chocolate with a chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries as a filling. The top tier is a white cake with a Strawberry mousse with fresh strawberries as filling. The UNM Logo is fondant and so is the red trim over a silver ribbon.
