This is the 5th cake I've decorated. I tried the painting technique and I like it a lot. A did the patch competely free handed. I'm still shocked I made this cake. I also used Cakepro's buttercream frosting recipe and it ROCKS!! Every other recipe I've tried is hard to achieve the right consistency but this one is "Spot on" :o) Thanks Cakepro.
