This Cake is Iced with Whipping cream, and the Cap is buttercream. The Diploma's are MMF. This was a learning experience... I was not sure if the buttercream would run through on the Whipping cream, and it did.. Originally the letters were written on the whipping cream, I then scraped them off and made some quick MMF banners and then wrote it... Couldn't do too much about the cap at that point... Next time I won't be mixing Whipping cream and Butter Cream... :o)
