Ok so I know this looks nothing like a monkey, but it refers to my husband. This is his birthday cake and favorite cake of all. .Chocolate cake with banana cream pudding inside and fresh bananas. Frosting is chocolate swiss meringue butter cream ( my first attempt at swiss meringue) with bananas and chocolate shavings.
