i made this cake for my sister's wedding as a gift to her. this was the first time i made anything like this. each layer consists of 3 layers with fresh strawberries and vanilla custard. on the outside i used a decorators comb to hide any imperfections. on the top corners i used imprints and traced with brown royal icing.
