This is a cake I made for my son's 1st birthday. It is a 3-layer square cake. Bottom layer was chocolate, middle layer was banana and the top was yellow. It is covered with buttercream frosting and crushed up graham crackers for the sand. I made the sea shells out of chocolate in the candy molds and added plastic shovels and handmade flags for decor. The towers were made from the towers included in the Royal Castle cake decortaing kit...covered with buttercream frosting and graham crackers as well.
