Sushi / California Roll cake. I was asked to make a sushi cake - this is what I came up with. I don't like sushi so I had to surf this site and the web to see what it should look like! Thanks to everyone for their great ideas! 8" round cake iced with buttercream and decorated with MMF. The "rice" is just MMF grated fine with a cheese grater and then broken up a bit more by hand.
