My friend brought me a picture off the internet of a cake very similar to this that she wanted me to make for her. Here it is. Vanilla cake with vanilla cream cheese filling. Top tier has strawberries, lower has peaches. I coated the bottom of each cake with white chocolate and used white chocolate BC under the fondant. Fondant and Royal icing decorations too.
