This cake was made for a Fiesta theme party at work. Margaritas are lime jello made with lemonade, and even the kosher salt and mini umbrellas! The cake was yellow sour cream, and dark fudge sour cream chocolate chip layers (no calories there!) It was the hit of the party after all the conventional store-bought party cakes they had before. They said it not only looked great, but tasted good too. They even fought over who got to have the margaritas! Thanks for looking.
