This is an experiment with marshmallow fondantred is raspberry (flavoring), white is white chocolate (melted Ghirardelli white chocolate chips), and blue is blueberry (blueberry syrup). The bottom cake is cherry chip. The middle is a yellow cake filled with blueberry cream. The top tier is confetti cake.
