I made this for my husband. It was sort of a Father's Day cake and "his" birthday for being sober. My daughter help so much. She put the dart board pieces on top and did the writing. I used BC icing and sprayed it black. The pieces are made of fondant and gum paste. He did not know the cake was for him. He was so surprised.
