This is a devils food cake with chocolate buttercream icing. The coconut was added for fur affect. Fondant for face, whiskers, ears, and teeth. The arms are fondant also just covered with icing. We made the carrots with peanut butter cookies and added misc. easter candy. The eggs around the cake are fondant also. My only regret was the paper....my mother in law liked the paper but it was regular wrapping paper so the shortening in the icing started to "bleed" onto the paper.
