My son and I attempted our first topsy turvey cake for his 8th grade graduation dance. I had never worked with fondant either. Funfetti cake with Buttercream icing. All decorations are MMF. It was a lot of work and I hope I get better at it and my son only has one good arm to work with since he broke his arm last week. He also is planning on making his sister's high school graduation cake and luckily he had already made the fondant figure and stars before he broke his arm. I post that picture after we make it.
