I made this cake for my sister-in-law's surprise birthday party. She is a breast cancer survivor and the party was to celebrate both her birthday and the end of her chemo and radiation treatments. Sour cream pound cake with buttercream frosting and filling. Pink ribbons were made with Wilton candy melts poured into pink ribbon candy moulds.
