This is a 2 tiered graduation cake I made for my daughter. The entire cake is covered in BC, with red fondant accents. This was my first time making 3d fondant accents, My daughter made the comment that she was impressed with the grad figure, thats good enough for this mom. II look forward to the next one in 2013.
