Royal icing butterfly, gumpaste flowers (brazilian kapok, bauhinia, bower of beauty). The candle holder and candle are made of florist wire and styrofoam covered with fondant+gumpaste (1:1). I just saw brazilian kapok and bower of beauty in one of Alan Dunn's books and just had to make it (didn't follow the book for instructions, but the book is great for inspiration, I never heard of those flowers before).
