Made this for my niece who graduated from high school. She plans to major in music when she enters college. Tried several new techniques and it was the most that I had worked with fondant. Not the best job in the world, by no means, but am glad I finished it. Had a problem with my fondant cracking and, as you can see, the hat is not level. Just hope she likes it.
