This is the cake I made for my Parents' 60th Wedding Anniversary. In class we were asked to make a cake for Mother's Day but because it was the same day that my Parents' were having their Anniversay I made it for them. Fruit Cake covered with Fondant, Royal Icing figures and Gumpaste flowers.
