I made these as a thank you for the nurses taking care of my dad in the hospital. I had also placed 4 to a box and decorated the box. I just forgot to take a picture before taking them to the hospital. The roses are chocolate with buttercream. I gave my brother and his girlfriend a quick lesson and they decorated the little basket of "flowers"
