Made this cake for my parent's 60th Wedding Anniversary. Made the stargazer lilies in Fuerteventura and took them with me to the UK where I made chocolate cakes and decorated them. Had no equipment with me and only 2 days to get everything ready. There is a card from Her Majesty The Queen and a photo of my mother and father when they first met in Milan. My father was in the 8th Army and had just been fighting in Monte Cassino. The army tried to stop their relationship but here they are 60 years later and with 6 children. And as this cake is an old picture, they celebrate their 63rd Wedding Anniversary this year. Sorry to go on but this is a tribute to them!
