Cake for a retiring train engineer. His hobby is riding his motorcyle . 6" vanilla/choc. ganache, 10" WASC/rasp. cc. Fondant figures , train, tracks . Motorcycle is toy. Tried to make one but scraped it! Lots of trouble with this one. I learned it might not be a good idea to start decorating a cake at 3 a.m. lol. The client love it so that's what counts. TFL
