SO wanted a blue cake. . .so a blue cake it is. This cake gave me fits from the beginning. Was out of eggs so had to run to the store. The top crumbled into pieces so I puzzled it back together and flipped the cake upside down. The marshmallow buttercream recipe I tried just tastes like butter, didn't like it and didn't know what to do to fix it. Hated the shade of blue and orange I came up with. Oh well, that's what practice cakes are for, live and learn. Suggestions would be appreciated!
