Only had 10 mins to put this one together (hence it's less than perfect presentation) as my company was drowning in their own drool over the smell wafting throughout the house as I served this just 45 minutes after it was baked.

Scratch cake - Double Chocolate with Raspberry Cream Filling, Chocolate Ganache icing and Raspberry Cream decoration.

If I hadn't tasted this one myself I wouldn't have believed how deadly it was.... seriously the best piece of chocolate cake I've ever eaten.
