This was a funfetti cake with lime filling, white chocolate ganache frosting and buttercream accents. I got some new tips from my mom so I was trying them out just using what I had on hand. I learned that making ruffles on the side of a cake with ganache frosting will sooner or later sag to the bottom of the cake. LOL well my BF didn't complain as he ate almost the whole cake in one day!
