I made this white sour cream sheet cake with almond flavored buttercream for two teachers who are retiring from my school. I have taught with these ladies for many years. This is the first of two cakes that I am making. I got the idea for this cake from this website, and of course, the ribbons from Cakery (my favorite cake decorator). Any suggestions on how to improve it would be greatly appreciated.
