This is a cake that I made because I wanted to try two new recipes that I got off of CC. one is Red Velvet and the other a White Trillium Cake, wow they were both awsome. Also wanted to try the two tone technique. I did it by airbrushing the red on. I wasn't too happy with the results and nextime I will most likely use red Fondant. It was't as clean as I would have liked. The red velvet and white cake were put together in one cake with a chocolate ganache filling and the scroll work is done with chocolate ganache as well. Love the way it pipes.
