This is my second topsy turvy cake. My mother-in-laws favorite color is blue so this is what I came up with. Bottom layer is white cake with strawberry filling, middle is chocolate cake with buttercream filling, top is lemon cake with lemon filling. Royal icing flowers except the 2 white roses on top which are buttercream. Cake is iced in buttercream. TFL
