I made this for a friends birthday at work she loves rainbows. used 2 round cakes cut them in half stacked them together with frosting to make the arch .chocolate cake. made the frosting with heavy whipping cream and sugar. really easy to work with to make the clouds and m&m's for decorations. super cute and super easy!!!
