This is a practice cake I did for a bridal shower cake that I will be doing for a girlfriend of mine. It is a pumpkin spice cake with maple buttercream filling, and covered in fondant. This was my very first carved cake, as well as, my first attempt at gumpate roses. I'm realy happy with how it turned out, and I learned a lot. I will post pictures of the real thing once I make it!
