I tried to make this cake as much buttercream as I could.. because ppl tend to not like fondant.. so, the neck of the banjo is fondant. the round part is buttercream.. the pieces holding the strings are fondant.. I used jewelry wire for the strings. Any questions.. just ask.. I dont mind trying to help.
