This is a cake I did for our friends' 50th birthday; he drives a truck that hauls MRI machines, so his wife wanted me to do a truck cake for him.......now, bear in mind that this is the first semi truck cake I have done, and the lumps on the top of the trailer are coconut; see, I thought I was going to put another layer on top, but decided against it................all in all, I thought it turned out pretty good!!!!!! It was WASC cake with coconut buttercream filling; mmf most everything else; the wheels are mmf/gumpaste. It was a lot of fun, but boy, I need more practice!!!!
