This is a cake I made my Dad on Fathers Day..There is so much to tell about this cake...The T.v. is made from pound cake usng a small square pan and rolled in fondant and painted with all colors of luster dust. The cowboy hat is made from gumpaste...i freehanded the hat..i painted with black food color. used dragees on the band..guitar is made with white cake covered in buttercream rolled in fondant. i used floral wire for the strings..i used chococlate cake to hold the hat and tv and filled them with chocolate buttercream and rolled fondant using luster dust to paint the designs and used food coloring pen to write the messages.
