This is a white chocolate cheesecake with a white chocolate ganache decorated with white chocolate modeling clay roses brushed with pearl dust. It won 1st in a chocolate contest for a charity ball. I so recommend using white chocolate modeling clay. This is the first time I tried it and it was a great wow factor for decorating.
