I made this for my family Thanksgiving just after I first started playing with fondant. the cakeboard is covered with red tissuepaper and then covered with light orange fondant. te cutout leaves where used to decorate the cake. This was a 3 layer cake. two layers are pumpkin cake the center layer is cheesecake. Caramel and pecans between the layers and covered this a caramel creamcheese icing.
