THis cake has so many first for me: first SMBC, first MMF, first time with the green tea and ginger cake recipe, and first stacked cake. The MMF was a little difficult for me, so there are lots of bumps. Also, I throw it together very quickly and everything is a little off center. Not my best work, but one of my favorites because it was for my own bday!
