I made this cake for our staff Christmas party. The bottom "ocean" was 2 carrot cakes covered with blue crcheese icing. The iceberg was a round choc cake covered in mmf and the igloo was a dome cake (choc) filled with strawberry/mascarpone filling and covered in mmf. All penguins and tree were mmf/gp combo and I used a piece of banana covered with mmf to make igloo entrance. It was a huge success!
