This is a rich moist chocolate cake, chocolate b.c, with b.c vines and gum paste gut out flowers(used the cosmos cutter). Chocolate truffles ontop of the cake - only 3/4 way and writting "Happy Birthday Kricket". This is from a customer of mine in Singapore - i am in South Africa - she e-mails me and sends Cakes as gifts from her there to her family and friends here - lol Thank you for looking - all comments welcome!
