6-10-14-18" cakes. All white with fudge truffle filling, white chocolate whipped frosting, and white chocolate fondant. The snowflakes are sugar paste and painted silver. The cake was for 328 people and every slice was served (including the top tier which was meant to be saved!) I told the bride and groom I will replace it. :)
